PLOTS AVAILABLE FOR RESERVATION

The Holiday Housing Fair 2011 will be held in Pähkinälehto in Pyhäkoski, which is owned by the Municipality of Mäntyharju and is approximately 29 hectares (72 acres) in size. Quarters 2-11 have a total of 25 holiday housing plots (RA), of which 13 include shoreline and 12 are located further inland. The area also features 5 detached house plots (AO), which will not necessarily be included in the exhibition. The plots vary in size from 1650 m2 to 4640 m2. The plots that are currently available for reservation are indicated on the map enclosed with this brochure (Pyhäkoski Town Plan). Plots may be reserved by private persons, makers of prefabricated housing, and other companies in the construction sector.
